ONLINE Returns Policy
We want you to LOVE your purchase! We will happily accept returns postmarked within 10 days of purchase on unworn, new products with tags attached. Customers may use pre-paid shipping label to return items (US ONLY). Please email, call or use online return request to access label. If used, $5 will be deducted from the return. Refunds will be made to the card used in the original transaction. All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns on purchases from this store location. Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, lingerie, accessories, home & gifts, special orders, orders shipped outside of the US and discounted items 20% or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned for a store credit. Shoes must be returned in their original box and the box must be in good condition.

As a small business, we can not accommodate every return but we will be reasonable. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We offer two day priority shipping within the U.S. for a flat rate fee of $10.00, unless otherwise indicated. Orders over $200 qualify for complimentary priority shipping. When your order ships, you will receive an email including tracking information so you can keep an eye out for your package. Delivery times and dates will vary based on your location. We are not responsible for unforeseen delays due to holidays and weather.

If you are in need of overnight shipping please call the store (910)-256-5886 after placing your order to have your order overnighted via UPS. Costs may vary and we will need a credit card for over phone purchase once price is calculated.
