Shoes and clothing may be returned for a credit card refund within seven (7) business days of delivery. Exchange or store credit issued on items 7-10 days from purchase. All items returned must be from same location as purchased, unworn and have the price tags intact. Shoes must be unworn and accompanied by box. Lingerie, accessories, special orders and SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned for a store credit.
As a small business, we can not accommodate every return but we will be reasonable. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns.
